The total cost of the August 2009 junior tour is 175,000 yen + airfare per member:

The tour includes all of the following:

1. English Study Lessons - Students are provided with a 12-week English Study and preparation course.

2. Airfare - ADU uses Jetstar/Qantas/JAL for all tours. (ADU does not pay for the air flight but does all the organizing to help members find the best flight option)

3. Insurance - Fully comprehensive travel and health insurance with AUI covering all tour members for the entirety of the tour.

4. Entry Visa for Australia - Cost of applying for a holiday visa to Australia and the associated paperwork.

5. Home stay - Payment to families covering the general costs of hosting students.

6. Travel in and around Australia/Japan - This is predominately outsourced to a safety qualifying bus-touring company.

7. All meals/drinks/snacks - All three main meals along with snacks and drinks are provided.

8. Sightseeing - All tourist attraction entry fees and associated costs.

9. Tour gear - Members receive an ADU Basketball t-shirt, reversible game shirt and reversible shorts.

10. Games - Includes all costs related to games: courts, referees, awards, etc. Each tour team will participate in 5 games while in Australia.

11. Professional Coaching Clinic - Each tour group will attend two exclusive coaching clinics run by professional Australian coaches.

12. Tour Application and Approval Fees - ADU tours gain approval from all state and federation basketball bodies.

13. Coaches - For every 8 students a minimum of one coach will accompany the tour.

14. Photos/DVD's - Access to download all tour photos taken by ADU basketball staff throughout the tour. (Students are also encouraged to take their own cameras.) A DVD of all tour games, training and sightseeing will also be provided at the end of the tour.

15. Administration costs - All worksheets, documentation provided by ADU as well as related office fees.

The tour does not include the following costs:

* Passport
* Personal spending money (presents for family/friends, shopping etc).
* Cost of any gifts for home stay families.
